This system is installed after the UHT sterilizer and is used for automatic aseptic filling of sterilized materials. The equipment is equipped with a transfer window, a Class 100 aseptic filling room, a collaborative robot, and a servo capping machine. The packaging materials are unpacked and sterilized and then transferred to the filling room through the transfer window. The filling room provides an aseptic filling environment. The collaborative robot and capping machine can realize automatic bottle grabbing, automatic filling, and automatic capping. It can also realize the filling of different bottle types by quickly changing the fixture, which is used for batch production of samples.
