Labpioneer has partnered with Japan's POWERPOINT company to establish a laboratory-scale mobile production line for beverage ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization, online homogenization, and aseptic filling systems. This system has a domestic capacity of 20-40 liters per hour.

Versatile/small batch repeatable experiments: The standard model has a rated capacity of 20L/H, with a minimum feed quantity of 3L. Only tap water and electricity are required for external connections.

Built-in effective CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) functions.

Products are heated via a PID-controlled hot water circulation system.
The hot water circulation system is equipped with safety control valves and can provide precise control of the cooling system, with temperature settings available in advance.
The product pump features variable frequency control for adjusting flow rates, with temperature holding segments customizable based on customer requirements.
The system supports quick, convenient, and safe on-site cleaning. The process is simple—just switch the pipeline direction and turn the switch to the CIP mode, and the product pump will function as a cleaning pump, operating at a flow rate greater than 400L/H.
The system only requires a three-phase power supply and tap water. The system includes both heating and cooling systems.
