The extraction juice system uses pure water at 75℃ to 95℃ (depending on different process technologies) to soak tea leaves, extracting the active ingredients from the tea leaves and separating them into tea soup. The system ensures rationality and continuity in production through well-designed hot water manufacturing equipment, extraction baskets, and filtration separation procedures. Key aspects include the control of hot water temperature, tea-water ratio, extraction time and frequency, and the separation and clarification of tea soup.

▪ Powerful data collection function for real-time monitoring or recording of process parameters.

▪ Central controller with reserved expansion slots for simultaneous batch operation of experimental groups.

▪ Online test data monitoring, recording, and curve generation; capable of monitoring and controlling parameters based on user requirements: extraction temperature, working time, material pH value, vacuum degree, stirring speed, high and low liquid levels, online concentration, and dissolved oxygen content.
