Overview:

the medium continuous disinfection system produced by Triowin equipment can be divided into tubular continuous disinfection system, tube in tube type continuous disinfection system and plate type continuous disinfection system according to different raw materials.According to the different characteristics of various media, various disinfection methods were developed to completely remove bacteria and ensure the sterility of the media and the preservation of the effective ingredients.

Tubular type continuous disinfection system
Tubular sterilizer is widely used in medium and low viscosity medium material.
After the medium is sterilized and cooled by the equipment, the purpose of commercial sterilization and direct inoculation temperature can be achieved, according to the different technological requirements of sterilization, heat preservation and cooling of materials, the combined system of single-stage, double-stage and multiple-stages can be designed.

Tube in tube type continuous disinfection system
Tube in tube sterilizer uses steam, hot water and cold water as heat transfer medium, especially suitable for sterilization of high viscosity medium materials.
After the medium is sterilized and cooled by the equipment, the purpose of commercial sterility and direct inoculation temperature can be achieved.
The main part of the machine adopts the four-layer tube in tube type structure: the heat exchange medium flows in the outer layer and the inner two layers, and the material flows in reverse in the middle layer.
