Structural characteristics:

It consists of a single and double effect heating chamber, single and double effect separator, a demister, a vapor-liquid separator, a condenser, a cooler, a liquid storage tank, a circulation pipe, etc. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel.

The inside of the heating chamber is tubular type, the shell side is connected to the raw steam to heat the liquid inside the column tube, and the liquid adding chamber is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve to ensure production safety.

The front of the separation room is provided with a sight glass for the operator to observe the evaporation of the liquid. The rear manhole is convenient for cleaning the interior when replace to other products, and it is equipped with a thermometer and a vacuum gauge to observe the temperature of the liquid in the evaporation chamber and degree of vacuum at the time of evaporation.

Operation principle: The equipment connection is connected to the second-effect heating chamber and the condensing cooler through the pneumatic valve by the secondary steam port of the first-effect external circulation concentrating pot. Different production methods are adopted according to the different scales and requirements of the production (double effect or single effect). ). The double-effect concentrator adopts two-effect simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is fully utilized, which not only saves the investment of the boiler, but also saves energy, and the energy consumption is reduced by 50% compared with the single-effect concentrator;


Advantages:

1. The alcohol recovery ability is large, and the vacuum concentration process is adopted. It has 5-10 times higher productivity and 45% lower energy consumption than the old similar equipment, and has the characteristics of small investment and high recycling efficiency.

2. Concentrated liquid material: This equipment adopts the combination of external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation. The evaporation speed is fast, the concentration ratio can reach 1.3, and the liquid material is completely foam-free in the fully sealed state.

3. The liquid medicine concentrated by the device has the characteristics of no pollution, strong medicinal taste, and convenient cleaning (opening the upper and lower covers of the heater can be cleaned).

4. The device is easy to operate and occupying small space. The heater and the evaporator are made of stainless steel insulation structure, and the outer layer of the insulation is made of stainless steel sheet, and the surface is mirror-finished or matt-treated.
