Continuous low-temperature cyclic heating in vacuum state can evaporate water at low temperature and protect nutrients in the material and the original taste of the juice. The technology is applied to chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, fruit juice beverage concentration, sewage treatment, seawater desalination and other industries. It consists of heating chamber, evaporation chamber, condenser, cooler, receiving tank, circulating pump and control cabinet. It can be designed as single effect, double effect and three effect. 


1) The forced circulation of the material depends mainly on the forced flow generated by external power. The ring speed can reach to 1.0-3.5 M / sec. High heat transfer efficiency and production capacity.

2) Material is driven from bottom to top by the circulating pump and flows upward along the tube in the heating chamber.

3) Material does not be evaporated in the heat exchanger and flash in the separator. Steam is discharged from the upper part of the separator, fluid is blocked falling, conical bottom is inhaled by the circulating pump, and then into the heating pipe, continue to circulate.

4) Its heating chamber has horizontal and vertical structures, and the liquid circulation speed is regulated by the pump.

5) Under the action of external force and high flow rate, the scaling rate is reduced, the turbulent state of material is enhanced, and a certain amount of pressure head is guaranteed at the outlet to prevent evaporation in the heat exchanger.

2.Under normal operation, the system only uses electricity. The energy consumption of evaporation is 15 KW.h to 100 KW.h per one ton water and the operating cost is 1/8-1/2 of multi-effect evaporation.
