The PT-SS Series Experimental UHT Scraper Heat Exchanger fully simulates the industrial scraper heat exchanger production. The equipment includes a heating chamber and a cooling chamber, which can be a single or multi-chamber structure. The heating product temperature can reach up to 150°C. The system can provide superheated water for sterilizing the filling loop. The scraper chamber and scraper surfaces are chrome-plated, and the components in contact with the product are made of 316 stainless steel. The gasket and sealing materials are made of fluororubber. The piping connections use DIN sanitary fittings.
