The SD-1500 spray dryer is the culmination of over 30 years of continuous exploration and improvement by our company and Japan's POWERPOINT International Company in the field of spray drying. This machine is a self-contained system that does not require additional auxiliary facilities and can be started at any time. The entire machine is designed to be compact and equipped with movable casters. It only requires an external connection to a 220/240V, 50Hz, 13A power supply and the venting of evaporated moisture into the atmosphere, with an optional connection to an exhaust gas recovery system.



▪ The spray, drying and collection devices are made of transparent, high-quality, high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass , allowing the spray drying process to be carried out in a pollution-free and stable environment. The entire spray drying experiment process is visible, making it easy to control the experimental process and to discover and adjust problems in a timely manner. All glass components are easy to disassemble and clean.

▪ The atomization structure of two-fluid spray is made of high-quality and high-precision 316 stainless steel material, and the atomization is uniform .

▪ The temperature control adopts real-time regulation PID constant temperature control technology, which can control the temperature accurately.

▪ Equipped with air inlet filter to ensure sample purity.

▪ The feed volume can be adjusted by the feed pump, and only 30ml of sample is needed to complete an experiment.

▪ The ejector is automatically unblocked (unblocked) with adjustable frequency. When the nozzle is blocked, it will be automatically cleared to ensure the continuity of the experiment.
