Description

Spray dryer is a device that can dry and granulate at the same time. According to the technological requirements, the pressure, flow rate and the size of the nozzle can be adjusted to obtain and the spherical particles with a certain proportion. It is a kind of continuous atmospheric desiccator. It is used to spray liquid material into mist so that it can be contacted with hot air and dried. This machine can be suitablt for drying some thermosensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids, such as milk, eggs, tannins and drugs,also used for drying fuels, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts.


Principle

After filtered and heated,The air enters into the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber spirally and evenly. Material is atomized into tiny foggy liquid beads after getting through the high speed centrifugal  and contact with the hot air and flow into the finished product in a very short time. The product is continuously discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is emptied by the induced draft fan.

Spray cooling granulation: amino fatty acids, paraffin, glycerin, and tallow.

Spray crystallization, spray concentration, spray reaction and other aspects are often used.


Feature

The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of material and liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In hot air flow, 95% - 98% of water can be evaporated instantaneously. The drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.


The product is with good uniformity, fluidity and solubility. The product has high purity and good quality. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For liquids with moisture content of 40-60% (special materials can reach 90%) the product can be dried into powder at one time without crushing and screening after drying, so as to reduce the production process and improve the purity of the product. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions in a certain range, so the control and management are very convenient.
