Shanghai Triowin successfully launched an application to 5 gallons of bottled water palletizing robot.The robot can grab 3-4 a barrel of 5 gallons of bottled water, but also automatically laying partition between layer and layer, and the clamp tray. The palletizing robot's ability to reach 2000 barrels / hour, fully meet the requirements of domestic bottled water production line.  It is a major breakthrough after geting successed in high-speed packaging and palletizing robot of 1600 times/hour and 50000BPH beer box stacking .The robot is compared to the rectangular coordinate type stacking machine of traditional, small occupation area, low energy consumption, operation and maintenance are more convenient, but also the technology to fill the gaps in the domestic bottled water palletizing robot.

To realize the localization of the palletizing robot ,Triowin cooperated with  the Robotics Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, successfully developed a new generation of TPR-120, TPR-200, TPR-300 series of palletizing robot based on absorbing foreign advanced technology. The Triowin TPR series palletizing robot has been widely used in food, beverage, dairy, customer beer, petrochemical, medicine and other fields.
